Art Aspirations was founded in 2017 out of a leap of faith and a calling to create. Founded by artist and educator Renee Battle-Simmons, the business is the realization of a lifelong journey fueled by a passion for visual storytelling and a deep-seated belief in using one's God-given talents to serve others.

For Renee, Art Aspirations is more than a creative studio it is a testament to how faith can shape a vision and provide the courage to step out into the world and share your gifts.

Meet the Founder

Renee’s foundation in the arts began at the prestigious Arts High School in Newark, New Jersey, the first public high school for the arts in the United States. Her formal training continued at William Paterson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Education.

With over 15 years of experience as a professional educator, Renee brings a unique, collaborative spirit to every project. She doesn’t just create art; she understands the power of communication and the beauty of the process. Her diverse technical background allows Art Aspirations to offer a wide range of creative solutions, including:
